About Dr Christolyn Raj

Dr Christolyn Raj MBBS (Hons), MMED, MPH, FRANZCO

Ophthalmologist

Dr Christolyn Raj is an Australian and Internationally trained Ophthalmologist. She specializes in Pediatric Ophthalmology and is an excellent cataract surgeon. Christolyn has extensive experience in treatment of retinal eye conditions in particular age-related macular degeneration and diabetes. Christolyn’s research background is remarkable. She has is a published author in many peer reviewed medical journals and continues to be called on to present at national and international medical conferences.

EDUCATION & TRAINING:

After completing her post-graduate professional training in ophthalmology at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital, Melbourne and The Royal Melbourne Hospital , Christolyn was awarded the Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists. She undertook further fellowship training in Australia and abroad in medical retinal disease and cataract/refractive surgery.
